1. SHIPPING FROM MELBOURNE
All Forge products are dispatched from our warehouse in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. We partner with trusted Australian carriers to ensure your gear arrives safely and on time.

4. ORDER PROCESSING

5. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

6. DELIVERY ISSUES
If your package is lost, damaged during transit, or significantly delayed:

- Forge is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
- For parcels marked as "delivered" but not received, please check with neighbours and your local post office before contacting us
